Apache or nginx — which is better?
Different strengths — Apache's flexibility and .htaccess ecosystem versus nginx's concurrency efficiency. For most site owners the real answer is 'whatever your host runs well'; LiteSpeed's combination is our answer to the dilemma.
Do I interact with Apache directly on shared hosting?
Only through .htaccess and panel settings — the server itself is managed for you. That thin, powerful interface is deliberately the entire surface a shared-hosting customer needs.
Are backups included, and can I restore them myself?
Daily automatic backups are standard, restorable from the panel in minutes — files, databases or both, at 3am without a ticket if that's when you need it. For extra cover, you're welcome to run your own offsite copies alongside.
Can I host more than one website on a plan?
On the Pro tier and above, yes — multiple sites with their own domains, email and SSL under one account. If the extra sites belong to clients rather than you, reseller hosting gives each one proper isolation instead.
How do I pay, and is billing recurring?
Plans are billed by credit or debit card through our secure checkout, with the renewal price matching the signup price. You can see every invoice in the client area, and cancelling auto-renewal is a setting, not a phone call.
What does your 24/7 support actually cover?
Real people at every hour, and a scope that includes the practical questions — email setup, DNS, WordPress issues, restores — not just 'the server is up, ticket closed'. Pre-sales questions are welcome too; ask us something difficult and judge the reply.
How do I read my email away from my desk?
