Refund Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Our money-back guarantee
Shared, business, WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans all arrive with a 30-day money-back guarantee that covers the hosting fee, whereas reseller hosting instead carries a 7-day guarantee. Not working out for you inside that window? Contact us and we'll refund the hosting fee, and there are no hoops to jump through along the way.
2. What we can't refund
A few products are activated immediately with our upstream providers, and that is why they can't be refunded once the setup has happened:
- Registrations, renewals and transfers of domain names;
- VPS plans and dedicated server plans, after provisioning;
- A free domain bundled into a plan, which stays yours to keep, so its registration cost may be deducted from any hosting refund;
- Any SSL certificate, and any other add-on, already issued.
3. Renewal terms
The guarantee applies to first-time hosting purchases and nothing else, so renewal charges fall outside it. Cancelling is open to you at any point if you want future billing to stop. Do it before your renewal date, though, or you will be charged for the next term.
4. Requesting a refund
Send an email to info@hostingally.comor open a ticket inside your client area, giving us your account details along with the service you'd like refunded. Once approved, the money goes back to the payment method you originally used.
5. Chargebacks & misuse
Come to us first, before you file a chargeback, because dealing with us directly nearly always sorts the matter out a good deal faster. A refund may be declined where there's evidence the guarantee has been misused or our Terms of Service have been breached.
