Under The Hood

Built for uptime, checked to prove it

We run this platform out of hardened datacenters with backup power, cooling and network paths, so one hiccup doesn't have to knock your site offline. Automated probes keep watch over every core service and flag trouble the second it shows up.

  • Backup power and cooling systems
  • Several upstream network routes
  • NVMe drives paired with backups
  • Round-the-clock health probes

Our Promise

A status board worth believing

Eyes on it nonstop

Automated probes hit every core service around the clock, so we catch trouble before it spreads.

Built with backups in place

Duplicate power feeds, network routes and storage mean one failure doesn't have to slow you down.

No spin, just the facts

What's shown here matches reality — we're not going to hide a rough patch just to keep the board green.

Monitored

Here's what we're watching

This is what powers the green checks above — tracked around the clock, not just once a day.

  • Server and node health probes
  • Mail delivery and queue backlogs
  • Control panel and login access
  • Datacenter power and network circuits
  • DNS resolution and propagation
  • SSL certificate issuing
  • Backup job completion
  • Deployment and provisioning API

FAQ

Questions about this status board

What does "all systems operational" actually mean?

It tells you every core piece — web hosting, VPS, email, the control panel and our network — is behaving normally with nothing wrong on our end. The moment a service slows down or drops, its line on this board would call that out.

How current is the information on this page?

Our team keeps this board matched to the actual state of our services. Once we spot something off with hosting, VPS, email, the control panel or the network, the affected row gets updated to reflect it.

This page shows green, but my site is misbehaving. What now?

That's usually something local to your account, not a broader outage — think a DNS update still spreading, a certificate that lapsed, a plugin clash or a resource cap you've bumped into. Peek at your control panel first, and if that doesn't explain it, get in touch with support and we'll track it down with you.

Is uptime guaranteed?

We aim for 99.9% uptime and back that up with duplicate power, network and storage paths. If an outage that falls under our coverage hits your service, contact support so we can go over your account and what your plan includes.

I've spotted a problem that isn't shown here — how do I flag it?

Send our support team your domain, which service is affected and what you're running into. Reports from real customers help us catch and act on issues fast, including ones our automated probes haven't picked up yet.

Noticed something we haven't?

If something feels off on your end and this board still shows green, let us know — our team will jump on it.
