Prefer not to manage the OS yourself at all? A panel like cPanel automates most of that work.

AlmaLinux 9 ships by default, and it's a strong pick for most workloads — a stable, free, enterprise-grade Linux that's binary-compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, so anything written for RHEL or CentOS runs without changes. Want something different? Other major Linux distributions, including Ubuntu LTS, Debian and Rocky Linux, are available on request, and full root access means you can configure the OS however your applications actually need. On the panel side, the free Hestia control panel comes pre-installed, though you're welcome to run the server panel-free if you'd rather handle services directly, or add cPanel under its own licence if that's the environment you and your clients already know. Just tell us your preferred OS and panel when ordering, and we'll hand the server over fully ready, so there's no reinstalling from scratch on your first day.
