Partner Programme

Sell hosting to the market you already understand

Building a decent platform is what we're good at. Speaking your language, taking payment the way your customers pay, being the face they already trust: that part isn't ours. It's yours. Partnerships start from $14.99/mo.

Why You, Not Us

Four advantages you have and we simply don't

This isn't flattery — it's the actual reason a partner outsells our own marketing in most countries.

You speak your market's language

We write and answer tickets in English. You don't have to. A partner who sells and supports in the local language holds an edge that no amount of effort from London can copy.

You collect how your market pays

Your bill from us is in USD, paid by card. What your own customers hand over, and how, is your call: local bank transfer, mobile money, cash, whatever people where you live actually use.

You're already trusted locally

Someone buying hosting for the first time backs a person or agency they recognise, not a foreign company they have never heard of. You already hold that trust, and it closes deals our marketing never reaches.

You support in your own timezone

Your customers bring the first-line questions to you, while they are awake. Underneath that, we keep the infrastructure covered round the clock.

The Arithmetic

Here is what the margin really comes to

Worked from our real prices, on the middle reseller plan. Your numbers will differ; the shape won't.

Worked reseller margin example
Your plan cost$29.99/mo buys 60 GB plus 250 client accounts
Per-active-user fee$0.40 per active account per month
If you host 30 clientsCost: $29.99 plus $12.00, so $41.99/mo
At $5/mo per clientRevenue $150/mo, margin roughly $108/mo
At $8/mo per client$240/mo in revenue leaves about $198/mo margin
Add site care plansCharge a retainer for updates and backups; that line is often larger

Local tax sits outside these figures; you may have to add it for your customers. Compare every reseller plan and spec.

Common Questions

Questions about partnering

So how does this differ from your affiliate programme?

An affiliate points a customer at us, then takes a cut of whatever we invoice that customer; the relationship and the support stay on our side. A partner takes the lot. You buy capacity, price it however you want, bill your own customers under your own brand, and answer their first support question yourself. Affiliate income is a slice that arrives without you doing much. Partner income is a hosting business you actually run, on our platform, with the full margin left in your pocket. Anyone already building or looking after client sites tends to earn more this way.

Do my customers ever see your name?

Only if you decide to tell them. The private nameservers are yours, the control panel wears your brand, and every invoice goes out with your name on it. One detail deserves honesty though: the machines sit in London, so any customer who bothers to look up where their site lives will see a UK location. That is geography rather than a leak in your branding, and almost nobody ever checks.

What if I've never run a hosting business?

Plenty of our partners arrive as freelance web designers or small agencies. They build sites already, and they are tired of sending clients somewhere else whenever hosting comes up. The technical part is gentler than people expect: account creation and resource limits live in WHM, cPanel is the panel your clients have probably used before, and provisioning means filling in a form, not racking a server. Pricing and managing what customers expect from support are the awkward bits. Neither is technology, and we will happily work through both with you before you sign anything.

How much can I realistically make?

The table above does the arithmetic. What it shows is that earnings track how much you bundle, not how cheap you are willing to go. Resell hosting on its own with a thin markup and you get a small recurring income, nothing more. Wrap it into a site-care retainer instead, with updates, backups and a support promise attached, and the numbers change, because now you are billing for taking responsibility rather than for disk space. Fifteen clients on a care plan pays a real monthly income. Fifteen clients on bare hosting is pocket money.

Which markets do you most want partners in?

Wherever our own selling falls flat, which covers most of the world. The UK and Europe are already our strong ground. What we would really like is partners across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and Latin America, because the language, the payment methods and the local trust sit with you and not with us. Geography brings one caveat we will not hide: the servers live in London. Latency is excellent across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, workable in the Americas and South Asia if you lean on caching, and honestly poor for Australia and East Asia. Read our infrastructure page first, then choose your market with that in mind.

Could you shift the clients I currently host with another provider?

Yes, and we don't charge for it. The thing that keeps most people stuck on a platform they dislike is the thought of shifting an existing client book, so we run the migrations alongside you instead of pointing you at a guide. Tell us what you're running and where it sits at the moment. We will plan the move so your clients notice no downtime and you lose no weekend to it.

What do you expect from me?

First-line support goes to your own customers. Market the service honestly. Don't push overselling so far that the people on those accounts start to feel it. Your prices and your brand are not ours to police. What we do ask is that you avoid saying things about our infrastructure that simply are not so, because your reputation and ours are tied together, and a customer sold on the idea of a local datacentre will end up annoyed with you and with us.

Tell us about your market.

Where you are, what you already do, and how your customers pay. We'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit for it — including when we're not.
