Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, issued wherever you happen to live. Stripe processes the payments, and it sits among the largest and most widely trusted processors anywhere. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency are not options here at the moment. Better you read that here and now than discover it while you are standing at the checkout page.

Not yet. It matters, we know that, above all to someone buying from a company they have never dealt with before, and a second payment gateway is on the plan. We will not list it here until it genuinely works. Advertising a payment method that fails at checkout is worse than owning up to the gap.

US dollars. Prices across the site convert into your local currency on their own so you can size up the cost at a glance, but treat that conversion as a display trick. What actually hits your card is USD. Your bank then applies its own exchange rate on top, and may tack on a foreign transaction fee of roughly 2 to 3 per cent, which is why the number on your statement can sit a little away from the converted price you were shown.

The charge comes from our billing entity, Fairdeal Renovations Limited, and may appear alongside our billing domain rather than the HostingAlly name. If a charge looks unfamiliar, check the amount and date against the invoice in your client area, or contact us and we will identify it for you straight away.

It is a fair question to ask, and the honest answer is to verify rather than trust. Card details are collected by Stripe and never stored on our systems, so a breach of our servers could not expose them. The company taking the payment is Fairdeal Renovations Limited, registered in England and Wales under number 15026869, with a registered office you can look up on the public Companies House register. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if we do not deliver you are not stuck with us.

At present most shared, WordPress and WooCommerce plans bill annually, and that is precisely how the monthly-equivalent price stays as low as it does. Paying a year up front is a genuine barrier in some countries, we accept that, so shorter billing terms sit on the roadmap. VPS, reseller and dedicated plans bill monthly already.

Once approved, a refund returns to the card you paid with, in USD. Hosting comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee; reseller plans come with 7 days. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are not refundable, since the registry bills us the instant a domain is registered and we cannot get that money back.
